Some asteroids are present in asteroid belt between the Mars and Jupiter. 

There are about millions of asteroids are known by NASA.

Ceres is the smallest drawf planet present in the asteroid belt between the Mars and Jupiter.

There is no atmosphere on Ceres and it doesn't have any ring around it.

The Ceres is discovered on 1 Jan 1801 by Giuseppe piazzi.

Ceres is the nearest drawf planet to Earth. Because Ceres doesn't have Known moon that means there is no asteroid rotating around Ceres or around sun with Ceres. 

But there are Millions numbers of asteroid present in asteroid belt.

But it pass away near from Earth it does not cause anything to us.
